1. General Policy
At Vocanel AI, operated by SORENA TEKNOLOJI YAZILIM TICARET LIMITED SIRKETI, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds are granted for subscriptions, credit packs, and individual transactions. All payments are processed through Paddle, our authorized payment processor.
2. Subscription Plans
2.1 New Subscriptions
If you subscribe to a paid plan and have not used any credits from that subscription, you may request a full refund within 7 days of the initial payment date.
2.2 Renewal Payments
Subscription renewals are non-refundable. We send a reminder email 3 days before each renewal. You can cancel your subscription at any time before the renewal date to avoid being charged.
2.3 Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings or by contacting support. Upon cancellation:
- Your plan remains active until the end of the current billing period.
- No further charges will be made.
- Unused credits from the subscription period are forfeited upon downgrade.
- Credits purchased separately (credit packs) are retained.
3. Credit Packs (One-Time Purchases)
3.1 Refund Eligibility
Credit packs are eligible for a full refund within 14 days of purchase, provided that none of the credits have been used.
3.2 Partial Refunds
If some credits from a pack have been used, we do not offer partial refunds for the remaining unused credits. Credits never expire, so unused credits remain available in your account indefinitely.
4. Automatic Credit Refunds (Processing Failures)
If your voice generation fails due to a technical error on our end, your credit is automatically refunded to your account. This happens instantly — no action required on your part. You can verify this in your credit history on the Dashboard.
5. Non-Refundable Items
The following are not eligible for refunds:
- Credits that have already been consumed for voice generation.
- Subscription fees for periods already used.
- Accounts suspended or terminated due to violations of our Terms of Service.
- Purchases made more than 14 days ago (except for new subscriptions within 7 days).
- Free credits awarded as signup bonuses.
6. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please contact us with the following information:
- Your registered email address.
- The date of purchase.
- The type of purchase (subscription plan or credit pack).
- The reason for your refund request.
- Your Paddle transaction ID (found in your payment confirmation email).

7. Refund Processing Time
Once a refund is approved, it will be processed through Paddle within 5–10 business days. The time for the refund to appear in your account depends on your bank or payment provider.
8. Disputes & Chargebacks
We encourage you to contact us before initiating a chargeback with your bank. Chargebacks can result in account suspension. If you have a billing dispute, we are committed to resolving it fairly and promptly.
9. Changes to This Policy
We reserve the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new policy.
