Vocanel AI is an AI-powered voice platform with 10+ tools including Voice Emotion Remix, AI Song Studio, Voice Dubbing, Horror Voice, AI Voice Roast, Voice Meme Maker, Character Studio, NPC Voice Generator, Voice Aura Detector, and Music Tools (Vocal Remover and Stem Splitter). Everything runs in your browser — no downloads required.

You can try some features without an account as a guest. However, to save your creations, access all tools, and use your credits, you need to register. Registration is free and takes under a minute.

Our Voice Dubbing tool currently supports Persian to English, Persian to Turkish, and Persian to Arabic. Other AI tools work with any language since they process audio directly. We are expanding language support regularly.

Vocanel AI is fully web-based and works on any modern browser on desktop, tablet, and mobile. No app download is required.

Credits are the currency used to generate AI outputs. Each tool costs 1-2 credits per generation. Voice Emotion Remix = 1 credit, AI Song Studio = 2 credits, NPC Voice Pack (5 lines) = 5 credits. Free accounts receive 5 credits after email verification.

No. Credits you purchase from credit packs never expire. Monthly plan credits reset each billing cycle, but purchased pack credits are permanent.

We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) through our payment provider Paddle. All transactions are secure and PCI-compliant.

Yes. You can cancel anytime from your Profile Settings page. Your plan stays active until the end of the current billing period. After cancellation, you keep any purchased credit packs permanently.

We offer a full refund within 7 days of your first subscription payment if you have not used the service. Purchased credit packs are refundable within 14 days if unused. If an AI job fails, your credits are automatically refunded. See our Refund Policy for full details.

Yes. You can upgrade at any time and the new plan takes effect immediately. Downgrading takes effect at the next billing cycle. Your existing credits are always preserved.

We accept MP3, WAV, M4A, OGG, and WebM audio files. Video files (MP4, WebM) are also accepted — we extract the audio automatically. Maximum file size is 10 MB for most tools.

Most AI generations complete in 10-30 seconds. Song Studio may take up to 60 seconds. NPC Voice Packs depend on the number of dialogue lines (typically 5-15 seconds per line). Paid plan users get priority queue access for faster processing.

Recording limits vary by tool: Voice Emotion Remix accepts up to 5 minutes (free plan: 60 seconds). AI Song Studio records up to 15 seconds. Voice Dubbing accepts up to 10 minutes. Meme Maker records up to 30 seconds.

Yes. All completed generations can be downloaded as MP3 files. Free plan audio includes a watermark. Paid plan users get clean, watermark-free audio at higher quality.

Voice Aura Detector analyzes your voice recording and scores your personality across 8 dimensions: Confidence, Energy, Warmth, Mystery, Clarity, Depth, Presence, and Harmony. Results are presented as a shareable aura card. Full detailed analysis and PDF export are available on paid plans.

Record or upload a Persian audio file. Our AI transcribes your speech, translates it into your chosen language (English, Turkish, or Arabic), then synthesizes a natural-sounding voice in that language — preserving your tone and emotion as closely as possible.

The NPC Voice Generator creates game-ready voice packs for indie game developers. Choose an archetype (warrior, wizard, merchant, etc.), define personality traits, add dialogue slots, and download a ZIP of MP3 files ready for Unity, Unreal Engine, or Godot.

AI Song Studio turns your voice or text into a full song with a beat. Record a melody (up to 15 seconds) or type lyrics, choose a style (Rap, Pop, Trap, Lo-Fi, Jazz, Rock, and more), and get a complete song in under a minute.

The Vocal Remover (under Music Tools) separates vocals from instrumental tracks in any song. Upload an MP3 or WAV file and receive two separate files: one with only the vocals and one with only the instrumental.

Yes. Your voice recordings are processed to generate your requested output and stored securely. We do not sell, share, or use your recordings to train AI models without your explicit consent. You can delete your jobs at any time from your dashboard.

Input recordings and output audio files are stored on our secure servers for as long as your account is active. You can delete individual jobs from your activity dashboard at any time. If you delete your account, all associated files are permanently removed within 30 days.

No. We do not use your voice recordings to train our AI models without explicit consent. Our tools process your audio to produce the requested output only. For full details, please see our Privacy Policy at vocanel.com/privacy-policy.

If an AI job fails due to a processing error on our side, your credits are automatically refunded within a few minutes. Contact support at support@vocanel.com if you believe there was an error.

For best results: record in a quiet environment with minimal background noise, use a good microphone, speak clearly and at a natural pace, and keep recordings under 3 minutes for Emotion Remix. Paid plans also unlock higher quality output processing.

Make sure your browser has microphone permission. In Chrome or Firefox, click the lock icon in the address bar and allow microphone access. Check that no other app is using the microphone simultaneously. Try refreshing the page and starting a new recording.
